I bought this at a mall during my trip to the Philippines in August. I didn't have a chance to wear it there, so it's still new and unused since I returned to Japan. I bought it for 1,990 pesos, which I think is about 5,000 yen. Massimo Dutti doesn't have any stores in Japan, so I think it's relatively rare.
