I purchased this a few years ago, but I've never used it. It has 12 card slots in total, a zippered coin purse in the middle, and a divider on each side, allowing you to separate bills and receipts. The chain is included, but you can also replace it with a longer shoulder strap if you have one. Although it's new, it has been stored, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
