This is a Supreme blank T-shirt that was found in large quantities at Kmart in the US about 10 years ago and also made its way to Japan. You still see them occasionally, and I think they're a rare item. It's a very simple long-sleeve T-shirt, but it has a solid body, and the fact that it's made in the USA is a nice touch.
