Although they are unused, they have been stored in a warehouse wrapped in thin paper and have aged, so there is some dullness on the gold trim. One saucer has minor scratches from stacking (please refer to the last image). Other than that, I don't see any chips, cracks, or water stains. For the above reasons, I am listing them as unused, but I am refraining from listing them as "new and unused." The cups are large, so they can also be used as individual mugs. This is a classic series, but it is delicate, cute, and timeless, so please consider it!
