Purchased in the summer of 2018 at the Gucci flagship store in Rome, Italy. The exterior has some scuffing on the four corners (photos of all four corners are included, please check them). There are no other noticeable stains or scratches. The zipper opens and closes without any problems. As it is suede, there are inevitably some minor scuffs, but nothing major or noticeable. It will be shipped in a box with two of the original dust bags, as shown in the photos. There is no warranty card or original outer box. Returns are not accepted to prevent product substitution.
