I purchased these a few years ago at Barneys. I don't remember the brand name, but I was told it was an Italian brand. I loved them and bought them, but I only wore them for a short time at a party and have kept them carefully stored since then. They have a very lovely design. They can be worn as rectangular earrings on their own, or with the fringe attached. The fringe can also be combined with other earrings, so you could pair them with your own diamonds or pearls, which would look wonderful. It's fun because you can enjoy them in so many ways depending on what you combine them with. The delicate fringe sways beautifully, making your face look very glamorous, even at parties.
