This is the Alter ME military uniform wear set. I'm selling it because I've never used it since I bought it and it seems unlikely I'll have the opportunity to use it in the future. The second image is white, but the actual color is black. It's a 5-piece military uniform set, including a bolero, skirt, pants, harness, and a top with an open chest, all in the same color.
