Purchased around 2018 and used at home. There are some scratches, minor marks, and paint剥げ, but it's in relatively good condition. There are no missing parts, and there are no problems with use. The design allows for the legs of a turntable, making it easy to set up. I think the durability is as robust as any stand. There are non-slip pads on the bottom to prevent the CDJ unit or PC from being scratched and moving around, and it can be adjusted to accommodate various sizes. Only a Phillips head screwdriver is needed for the column part, and there are no other tools required for assembly. There are no assembly instructions, but I think you can understand from this image.
