POWERED Regent Ankle Weights/Wrist Weights I was using these for training until recently. The weight can be adjusted in 5 stages. The weight of one weight is 250g, ranging from 250g to 1.5kg per leg. The total weight for both legs is a maximum of 3kg. There are no problems with use, but there are some stains and fraying at the edges of the Velcro parts. There is also some rust. There is a small hole in a part of the pocket (see photo). Please consider purchasing after understanding this. I have lightly cleaned the item before listing it.
