This is a Cybex Libelle. I purchased it new in 2022 and have been using it. I used covers on the handle and bar. I haven't used it in the rain. There are some minor stains and dirt that are noticeable upon close inspection. I hardly used the bar, but there is a slight bend/deformation from storage. It doesn't affect use. I will also include the bar cover.
