I checked with my father, but he's forgotten the details, so please judge from the photos. It was stored in a paper box, but the box had deteriorated, so I disposed of it. I will wrap the plate in cushioning material for shipping. My father used to run a pottery shop in a department store, and this is dead stock from that time. It's approximately 40 years old. The department store itself no longer exists. The item appears to be free of noticeable scratches or stains, but as it has been stored for a long time, please excuse any slight imperfections.
