This is a rain poncho with a large polka dot pattern. The size is listed as FREE, but it was used for children from before they entered kindergarten up to the middle of their kindergarten years. It comes with a dedicated drawstring bag. I have found some stains on the bag and poncho, which are shown in the photos.
