The Kawaguchiko Nikkan Sports Marathon was renamed the Mt. Fuji Marathon in 2012, and this is a Puma nylon jumper from the 1991 Kawaguchiko Nikkan Marathon. The color is a lighter blue than in the photos. As you can see in photos 6 and 7, the cuffs have faded slightly due to age. This is especially noticeable on the left cuff.
