This is a shell jacket and pants released by Palace for the 23SS season. Purchased at the Harajuku store. This item sold out immediately after release. I don't think it's very common now. The white parts are made of a glow-in-the-dark material, and they glow in the dark as shown in the third photo. I've decided to sell it because I haven't had many opportunities to wear it.
