This is a "Vaporeon" hooded poncho sold at the Pokémon Center. I wore it a few times for events like Halloween and Christmas, so there may be minor scratches, scuffs, and some pilling. However, there are no major stains or damage that would make it unusable. I plan to fold it and place it in a B4-sized zippered plastic bag, and then pack it in a cardboard box for shipping.
