Overall, they are in good condition, but as is common with this type of shoe, there are many vertical cracks in the rubber on the toe. There is no damage to the sole connection, so there are no issues with use. The Gore-Tex is waterproof without any problems, and your feet won't get wet, so I think there are no issues with use.
