This is a maid's dress and headband. Because it's made overseas, the stitching is originally somewhat loose, and the back and left sleeve are frayed. I think it can be fixed by sewing. There is no size label, so I've included a picture of my daughter wearing it last year when she was about 130cm tall, so please use that as a reference.
