Large Bread Mat Size: Approximately 96cm x 100cm I purchased a commercially available bread mat, but it was too large, so I sewed it to a more manageable size. It's slightly smaller than the JHBS large bread mat. I think it's a convenient size whether you're making bread alone or with 4-5 people. I used Schappe Spun thread. There are freckles and slubs, which are characteristic of bread mats. I try to sew carefully, but it's handmade by an amateur. I am also selling a JHBS non-slip mat separately.
