I believe this piece is from around the Kamakura period. It has a reddish clay body, and while it doesn't have any particular natural glaze, it has a form that I personally like. There are some imperfections, but I think it would be enjoyable to drink sake from while appreciating them. There is a chip on the foot ring. In addition, there are scratches and stains commensurate with its age. Since I have been using it, there may be a slight sake smell. Please be aware of this beforehand.
