I was using this without any problems until 7/18. I have checked the operation, and the buttons work (I haven't checked all of them). It's convenient to have buttons for those who often watch NETFLIX and Prime Video. I will disinfect and clean it before sending it, but it is a used item, so there are signs of wear and tear, unavoidable yellowing, and scratches. Please purchase if you understand this. Batteries are not included. Additional note: There is no instruction manual.
