The price increases haven't stopped, and I feel like the current price is about double what I used to pay. This one has a slightly smoother airflow, making it easier to breathe into and producing a more focused sound. Due to changes in my personal circumstances, I've been playing less, and it seems unlikely that I'll be switching from my current mouthpiece for a while.
