Small: Uses 1 hole Medium: Uses 2 holes The difference is that the small clips are for small memos with space-saving in mind, while the medium clips use 2 holes for stability while still saving space. You can specify only downward or only upward clips. If you do not specify, we will ship the basic set. Color: White Other colors can be made upon request.
