This is a People remote control toy. I'm selling it because my child no longer plays with it. I bought it new when my child was in the "remote control-loving phase" from 0 to about 2 years old and they played with it. They played with it a lot, but didn't handle it roughly, so there are no noticeable scratches or stains. However, it has been used by a child, so please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to such things. One child played with it for about a year.
