This is a support belt for the abdomen from Pigeon. It can be adjusted with Velcro, so you can start using it around the middle of your pregnancy. I was pregnant during the cold season, so I wore this over knitwear and then other knitwear on top, which caused some rubbing and pilling. I used it during both of my pregnancies. I wondered if I even needed a pregnancy belt until around the middle of my pregnancy, but it was really necessary to protect my belly, keep it warm, and support my heavy belly in the later stages. I found the shorts-type ones uncomfortable, so I chose this adjustable one. I was pregnant during the winter, and it was warm and comfortable. It may depend on the person, but in my case, I couldn't stand up without it in the later stages of pregnancy. It was very helpful, as it relieved back pain, made walking easier, protected my belly, and kept it warm.
