I bought this a few years ago and wore it about twice a year, but I didn't wear it at all last year. It blocks the wind, and I was fine even in mid-winter if I wore a knit underneath. :) *Please check the images. It's in good condition and has no stains. I wore it, and I am 158cm tall.
