Thank you for viewing! This item was purchased over 30 years ago at a department store in the city center. It's a very lovely item with a classic tama kanzashi (hairpin) and cherry blossom design. I'm not familiar with the material, so I'm not sure, but I think it's a plastic-like material. There is some wear on the cherry blossom pattern and the pointed part of the tama kanzashi, so please refrain from purchasing if you are concerned about minor details.
