These are SPD shoes. They use the BOA system, similar to binding shoes from major manufacturers like Shimano, and provide a good fit. They will be shipped with cleats that are the same SPD standard as Shimano, so you can use them immediately upon arrival. I've only used them a few times, but I'm selling them because I no longer need them. Size: EU44, approximately 28.0cm I have high arches and wide feet, so I usually only wear Mizuno or Asics shoes, but I was able to wear these shoes. Thank you for looking.
