As for care, I've hung it to dry in the shade after each use, and at the end of the season, I've washed it according to the instructions using finetrack's special detergent. There's no deterioration such as fabric damage or fraying, and I think the condition is quite good, but please understand that this is a used item, so please consider this before purchasing.
