This is a slightly larger, pre-painted monster eraser (vinyl figure) released by Popy in the late 1970s. In the 1980s, Bandai re-released unpainted versions in sets, but what's being offered here is the first edition (1st release?) painted version from Popy. Many of these Kanegon figures are missing their tails, and those with tails are quite rare. I confidently recommend this to core enthusiasts.
