I purchased this about 5 years ago and used it for about 2 years. I switched to a different manufacturer, so I stored it in a dark place. Operation confirmed. It heated up properly. There is no product bag or instruction manual. It will be wrapped in cushioning material for shipping. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to minor dirt or scratches. I cannot offer a discount.
