I bought this at a home center! I used it for about 3 years, only during the kotatsu season. The floor futon is not included. This is only the hanging futon. I apologize if I missed anything, but there don't seem to be any noticeable stains or dirt. I washed it at home before listing it. It's not new, but if anyone is interested, please let me know.
