This is a box spring sheet for a 200cm bed. It's made of a thin cotton material and is ivory/beige/cream in color. I used it for about 3 years and have stored it after washing. I had two single-size mattresses placed side by side. I used a mattress pad on top, so it wasn't the surface I slept on directly. Overall, I think it's relatively clean, but please understand that it is used.
