This is a new, unopened copy of the popular PS1 game "Noel 3: Mission on the Line." - It has been stored in an OPP bag for many years, and the plastic is in very good condition (I took it out of the OPP bag just before taking the photos), but the front and sides of the obi (sleeve) have discolored.
