This is a rack effect unit from tc electronic. I purchased it used and have only used it at home. It can apply spatial effects like chorus and reverb simultaneously, and it also features stereo output and MIDI control. As it's a rack effect unit, it might be a bit inconvenient to take it out, but I think you'd have to spend a considerable amount to buy spatial effects of this quality in a compact format. The included items are the main unit, power cable, and box only. The instruction manual is missing, but you should be able to find it online, so there shouldn't be any particular problem.
