The code is 14239. I think it's rare to find one with the original box and manual, so I recommend it as a collector's item. (There aren't that many collectors in Japan, so it might be bought by someone overseas.) It's one of the rarer Leica accessories. It has detachable legs, making it a 3-way device: tripod, handgrip, and shooting stop. The cushioning sponge inside the box has degraded and is crumbling, but I've left it as is since it's a collector's item.
