How to Apply: Cut the decal to your desired size along with the backing paper, peel it off, and apply it while smoothing out any air bubbles with your finger. Then, gently warm it with a hairdryer, allowing it to adhere. (Be careful not to overheat, as this can melt the paint or lacquer and negatively affect the wood of the headstock.) Initially, it will appear slightly milky, but it will become more transparent and blend over time with the application of heat. Many high-value, real vintage Fender guitars have had their logos peel or wear off, and have been repaired with decals. However, if you are hesitant about applying a Fender decal, please refrain from purchasing. (Please look for a Fender neck with the original logo intact.)
