It doesn't seem to have any stains, but it's a bit worn. I apologize if I missed anything ( ; ; ) It's 100% cotton, so there's no pilling. It's been stored for a while, so there are some fold wrinkles. It's not fleece-lined, so it might be suitable for daycare use.
