From the "Yuji Sakai Modeling Collection" soft vinyl series produced and sculpted by Mr. Yuji Sakai, Godzilla (2002) appears from the 2002 film "Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla"! This figure captures the image of Godzilla in the midst of a storm, engaged in a fierce battle with the Special Biological Self-Defense Force in the early part of the film. With its tail raised high, this dynamic figure embodies the powerful form of Godzilla facing its enemy. Mr. Sakai's original cast prototype was converted to wax, and a master mold was produced. The product is molded only from this master mold, minimizing wear and tear from the soft vinyl process and striving to reproduce the details as accurately as possible. The paintwork is supervised by Mr. Sakai, and is rendered using effective techniques for soft vinyl figures.
