I received these when I purchased wedding rings at Cartier. Included are one Cartier marriage registration form, a Cartier mount, and one Jill Stuart marriage registration form that came with Zexy. They are new and unused, and have been stored in a drawer, but: The lower left corner of the Cartier marriage registration form is slightly crushed. The mount has some stains. The top of the Jill Stuart marriage registration form is creased. Please check the photos.
