I wore it for one season, so there are some pills and faint stains that may or may not be noticeable, but I think it can still be worn. It has Velcro at the neck. I received it new and unused, and it didn't have a hood or anything, so it was in this condition. It looked very cool even without a hood. Please understand that this item is stored at home and has been inspected by a private individual. Please be aware of any folding wrinkles.
