After checking it over, the things that stood out to me were: print wear (see photo), stains on the back (see photo), a small hole on the bottom (see photo), and pen marks (see photo). It's a used item, so there is some wear and tear as mentioned above, but there's no major damage and the surface is relatively clean, so it seems like it can still be used.
