This is a Nescafe Barista PM9631. I bought it new 10 years ago and used it at work. However, I stopped using it about 5 years ago and have been storing it long-term. I recently checked its operation for decluttering, and while hot water comes out, it can no longer brew coffee. I disassembled and cleaned the internal parts, and also performed citric acid cleaning, but the condition did not improve. I am listing it as a junk item. I would appreciate it if those who can repair it themselves, want to use it for parts, or understand the condition would consider purchasing it. The instruction manual was damaged by water, so I will send a printed copy downloaded from the website.
