This item was used by my husband during his three years of single assignment. It seems he didn't vacuum much, so it's in clean condition. The tabs on the bottom lid of the dust cup are broken (please see the images). Therefore, the bottom lid would normally open for easy disposal without getting your hands dirty, but due to the broken tabs, the bottom lid will come off when emptying the dust.
