It's said that the salt and pepper shakers, in particular, are not widely available in Japan. Recommended for those who want to stylishly present salt and pepper on the dining table when entertaining guests. Once the cap is closed, it can be difficult to open. If you need to refill, warming the bottom slightly is said to make it easier to remove. * Please note that from the time of purchase, the caps on these shakers were not symmetrical (I noticed this later). The cap on the right in the 3rd image (the left one is normal) has a slight gap when pressed with a finger. After testing with a small amount, a tiny bit of salt/pepper will spill if the gap is intentionally created, but it seems to be fine for normal use.
