This is a ceramic "fève" by Nishio Yuki, from Organ-sha. They are adorable and I bought them in different colors. A fève is a small ceramic figurine placed inside the French New Year's cake, "Galette des Rois." Whoever finds the fève in their slice becomes the "king" for the day, wears a crown, receives blessings, and is said to have good luck for the year. I bought these intending to make a tart, but I never used them and have kept them in storage. I would like to sell them to someone who appreciates Nishio Yuki's work.
