This is a commemorative cap from the 59th National Sports Festival of Japan (Sainokuni Magokoro National Sports Festival). It has been stored at home unused. The outer plastic wrap has wrinkles, but the cap itself appears to be undamaged. It has been stored for many years, so it may take some time for it to regain its shape. It will be shipped via Nekopos, so the brim will be temporarily folded parallel to the cap during packaging.
