This is the K&F Concept lens mount adapter "KF-CYG". It allows you to mount Yashica/Contax mount lenses on Fujifilm GFX G mount cameras. Purchased new in January 2026, it has only been used for a short period, so there is not much sign of use. The box and instruction manual are not included.
