This is a limited edition item from the 25th-anniversary exhibition of Crayon Shin-chan. It was kept as a new item, but upon inspection for listing, I found that the ink had dried up and it wouldn't write. You can keep it as a collectible, or you can remove the acrylic keychain and use it separately.
