N gauge TOMIX 4012 Double-Track Engine Shed As this was a gift, the frequency of use is unknown. The outer box has dirt and scratches, but I think the product is in good condition. There is a small sticker on it, 7.8, but there are no other stickers. Other stickers that are attached are also peeling off a little from the edge.
