This was purchased at the Pokémon Center several years ago. My child used it once, and it has been stored in the closet since then. It's a poncho, so it can be worn by both children and adults. When a child wears it, they can transform into Eevee, which is very cute. It's also recommended for Halloween costumes. I have home-cleaned it before listing it.
